For a new installation, we don’t promise same-day work - a proper gate install is measured, footed, and wired to spec, not rushed through before dark. We do offer free site estimates and will usually have a written price within one visit. Repairs are a different story; those we get to fast.
Depends on the part. For control boards and safety edges we go OEM whenever we can - aftermarket boards don’t always talk to the APeX accessories correctly. For hinges, brackets, and some remotes, a quality aftermarket equivalent is half the money and outlasts the original. We’ll tell you which is which and why before we order anything.
A straight Linear operator swap on an existing gate typically runs $900 to $2,400 installed, depending on the model and how much rewiring the old install left behind.
